Fishing in Singapore with the Singapore Sea Brothers

All the Respect

Both Stingray's landed on the 06th of September 2009.

One of the many anglers' that brought up so many Stingray's this year. The rest of the catches, are un-recorded to the extend of this website. Congratulations to our Ah-peng here, for landing it swiftly in each of his every trip without fail and disappointment. Each time there'll always be a fish to bring back home, not an empty handed hand all along. By the way, i would like to give a comment or two. Seems like Ah-peng have been landing his ray when the current atmosphere and weather was evetually moist and soaking wet with heavy thunderstorms approaching (most of the times). What's his secrets behind all his marvellous catches?

One of those that always hit the chart each week was this Team KSG who eventually invaded the eastern sect. waters nonetheless the locations but mostly brought & caught up at my Kampong which i have not visited for a few months now. Still holding the grand title of 40 Kilos Stingray for this year 2009. What i'm about to say is that his catches are all pure luck. Ara "CUTE" having to make this landing upon a few minutes of casting a fresh netted caught Squid bait out to the dark sea. He was away from his Quattra 13ft Zziplex for about 50 meters until he actually saw his rod tip bended furiously and upon rushing for his much beloved rod he nearly fell in for the quicksand but that wouldn't stop him until then he reaches his rod and went-in, to account upon hearing his rachet line bursting out with no mercy almost making his Saltiga Surf ball bearings setting to smoking ablaze with the extensive heat and pressure brought by the fierce fish first runway. Slowly as he faces the tug-of-battle upon the bright moonlight night. The Stingray surrendered to his 30lbs mainline and shown the white flag 15 minutes later. Congratulations to our bro here Ara "CUTE".
