We're talking child-abuse here, abuse of a pre-pubescent boy. This is somewhere near twelve or fourteen years ago.
The house is on the side of Blakenham Road nearest Streatham. This side of the street continues while the opposite side has many streets running away from it. There is a school-like building on the opposite side of the road. At the time building or renovation work was being done to this building and there were lock up storage containers on the roads. The house was a few houses down the hill / south from the school-type building.
The house was minimally furnished like a house for rent. For some reason I got the impression that it was in the process of being sold.
I have reason to suspect that it was a trap. An operation like this would have had protection and it may be worthwhile looking at who would be in a position to provide such protection. I suspect that secret filming was conducted to later blackmail participants in abuse.

Child abuse happens. A pre-pubescent child cannot consent to sexual abuse by an adult. They can consent but that consent can never be taken seriously.
Why would such a child consent? The child is exploited by an adult or adults, subjected to dirty tricks. A child subjected to emotional neglect would be more likely to enter such relationships as a source of affection.
Here's one for you. You don't expect to happen across such a situation. Imagine that you open one door and there it is. How could an adult witness not involved in the abuse decide not to involve the police in such a situation? Do you think that they could have experienced worse treatment than that abuse?
