UK Muslims: 'Put 7/7 under public scrutiny'
The Labour government is facing mounting pressure to open a public inquiry into the July 7 bomb attacks following the release of two reports.
The documents, which detail numerous failures by UK security services, have enraged victims and their families as well as Muslim groups who are calling for a public inquiry into the truth behind the three tube and bus attacks which took place last year, killing 52 people and injuring hundreds more.
But with Tony Blair claiming that a new inquiry was not needed and new Defence Secretary John Reid saying it would create a "diversion of precious resources', who is going to fill in the blanks of the biggest terrorist attack in UK history?
