� April 6, 2006 - The 'Leader' of the (A)narchists 'Joke'
This blog is trying a different strategy, a strategy of publishing some - perhaps pointless, but probably not - 'tales'.
To kick off the new strategy we have a joke from the anti-G8 protests of 2005. By way of background, you should know that many anarchists took part in the anti-G8 protests.
Anarchist to Policeman: "Do you want to know who the 'Leader' of the (A)narchists is?"
Policeman (with affected nonchalent response): "Er, allright then."
Anachist: "It's Bob Geldof. Bob Geldof told me to come here to demonstrate."

The police were very keen to find the 'Leader' of the Anarchists. They were also very keen to find the 'Leader' of the 'Leaders' of the Anarchists. Perhaps the 'Leaders' of the Anarchists got severely hassled when the police 'lost' Bob.
The story twists and turns. Was Bob getting set-up before the patsies? Oh dear, I seem to know too much.
BTW In case you are the police, anarchists do not have a 'Leader'.
